Our advisory work is supported by staff based in our Rome, Milan and Bari office. For international aspects, we work in close co-operation with Kelmer & Partners Ltd through its offices in Dublin, London and Warsaw.

Our core services include legal and tax consulting and associated compliance for individuals and corporate entities. For entrepreneurs, we offer a full service of human resources management as well as maintaining established relationships with trade unions. In addition, we provide a complete domestic and international tax planning service, strategic corporate planning and business development services.

We perform our work based either on a continuous or specific (case by case) engagement. We have 5 business units within the firm, each headed by one or more Partners, covering the following areas: “Tax”, “Accounting”, “Legal”, “Employment” and “Corporate Strategy”.

An “Account Manager” is allocated to each client and his/her role is to act as first contact point for any queries which are then dealt with under his/her supervision. Queries can also be sent to us by visiting the “Contact Us” section of this website.

In order to guarantee the efficiency of our services, we have implemented a system of periodic internal audits, through which we can identify any critical issues and resolve them in a satisfactory manner.
